WW girls

I plan to join WW on Tuesday, and I also plan to try Peapod (Stop&Shop) for food shopping this weekend.

What are great basics to get me through the week, that I can also feed the kids? I prefer wholesome stuff instead of sugar substitutes, etc.

which sandwich bread? any WW-friendly snacks?

i know - load up on fruit and veggies....

Hello. I've waited here for you. Everlong<3<br>
  • I live off of Skinnytaste.com. But staples are deli flats, peanut butter, any bread with extra fiber, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, I get lots of frozen steam bag veggies, tons of veggies, chicken, couscous, black beans (I make black bean chicken chili, almonds, real oatmeal, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, I have a great recipe for brussel sprouts. For snacks I like the Indiana Kettle Corn in cinnamon sugar (3pts for 2.5 cups).
