Poll: How do you Nest?

I just realized that it looks like I'm Nesting all the damn time. That's because I almost always have the Nest on my desktop but downsized while I'm doing other things. I "reward" myself for getting stuff done by checking a couple of posts.

So, how do you Nest? Do you check only at night? A couple of times a day? Pretty much all the time?

I check throughout the day at work. I don't nest much at home during the evenings and weekends.

Same with me. I'm on it almost all the time during the work week - unless it gets super crazy around here, like Initial Advising and priority enrollment. During the weekends and holidays though, I usually stay away - especially if I'm spending time with my parents or sister. We tend to pack in a lot of stuff during the weekend.

5th, I'm pretty much the same as you, though I don't keep it open. I normally click over to the Nest and FB when I get a small break during the work day, but, I haven't been able to do that much lately. I rarely Nest on evenings and weekends.

I check on my phone occasionally through the day, but almost never post from my phone. I usually post during nap time (so, now) or while I'm at the office (Mon & Tues).

I "reward" myself also with nesting. Sometimes I'll keep the tab down at the bottom and just check it every once in awhile. Usually if I just finished a task that I've been working on a long time nesting is my little break. I usually don't nest at night unless I'm not doing something else.

I'm the opposite of most of the PP. I don't Nest during the day at work, only at home in the evening. That makes it hard to actively contribute when most of the discussion is going on during the day. Like today- everybody was bored at work and posting like crazy, but now it's going to be slow the rest of the weekend. It feels pointless to post to some threads that are already done being discussed by the time I can log on.

I do keep various tabs open on my browser- email, Nest, Facebook, etc.- and check them a few times throughout the course of the night.

I'm randomly.  But I'm on here more if I have a question or I'm looking for info to help with the kids.  And a lot of times I just lurk...hopefully in a non-creepy way.

I used to be on much more often, but work has kept me busy both day and night recently. I have been reading more than posting lately. There hasn't been a lot that I felt I needed to contribute to. All of my UO's and FFFC's have been work-related and I have already hashed those out with people, and I figured no one here really wanted to hear it, anyway, so I've mostly just stayed out of those.

I'm sure I'll get into a more active posting pattern at some point. I just don't have much to say that's relevant to the board right now.

Check in on my phone at work, only post if I really want to respond immediately. Otherwise, I post at home in the evenings.

I check on my phone periodically through the day, but I hate posting from it.  I'll usually get on in the afternoon from my computer so that I can reply to posts.

I've been pretty bored with the Nest lately, so I haven't been getting on as much.  The board is picking up some though, so maybe I'll contribute to that and make it busier!

I'm the same way.  My computer is almost always on and I have the nest minimized although I don't get around to looking at it very often.
