WWYW to a weekday wedding?
So I'm going to a wedding at a restaurant at 3 p.m. Tuesday. What would you wear?
And about the timing, I'm not really sure why then, except that she wanted to get married on the same day they got engaged (a year later). They started with a courthouse wedding and it turned into this. It's not a particularly upscale restaurant or anything. I have a couple of maxi dresses that sort of encompass both dressy and more casual. Think I could wear one of those? It's still hot here, if that matters.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

I don't mind being the best dressed one there.
Besides the bride, of course. Oh H, you unleashed a photo shoot with dh. Here are my options, complete with crappy lighting.

dress #2 or 3. #1 looks like a nightgown (but it could just be the picture.)
Have fun!
It's funny that you all like no. 3 so much. It was my rehearsal dinner dress and for some reason I don't like it as much as I used to. I keep telling myself I should wear it work, but I don't know, seems like too much frill for work. Anywho, if I do wear that one... which shoe?
Tan shoe:
Fun, lovely purple shoe that does not show up well in this photo:

I was going to vote #2 or #3, and #3 is my favorite. It looks super cute on you so I'm glad you picked it.
For the shoe, I'd go with the tan one. I don't think the thicker strap of the purple shoe across the top of your foot looks right with the dress.
