As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Let the packing begin
Our home loan was approved! After one week in underwriting and surprisingly enough no conditions or calls for additional paperwork (I think our LO was really organized in collecting documents in advance). Now we're just waiting on a 1st time home buyers downpayment assistance approval (which with what were putting down bumped our down payment from 10% to 15% and lowered out monthly payments!)
Now I can pack without fear of jinxing the loan! Woo!
