Do you trash pick?

Jason and I took the dog to the groomer this morning and drove past a tall skinny mirror out in somebody's trash.  I told him when we drove back I wanted to stop and grab it. He looked at me like I was crazy.

Have you ever picked up something off someone else's curb? What was it?

Re: Do you trash pick?

  • I took one of those antique beer trays like pictured when I was in grad school. I have never once used it-- it just basically acts as a catch all for crap.

  • I don't think I have but if I see something I want I will.

    CRAFTY ME

    my read shelf:
Kasi's book recommendations, liked quotes, book clubs, book trivia, book lists (read shelf)

  • We have, in fact Craig found a great book shelf that fits under out big front window. Merlin sits on the top to look out the window, but the under we store alot of Norah's books and some photo albums. Craig has also picked some wood pieces from an Ikea bed frame and repurposed them for things like putting up the babygates on the stairs.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. The best way to recycle! Smile
