Chymes re: stew
It was so good! We all liked it, Mike especially. So easy and I had most of the ingredients on hand. I used 1.5x the amount of spice since you said the flavor was lacking a little the first time you guys made it. I might even bump it to 2x the spice next time just to see how that is.
Since there was a wine pairing suggested, I had to buy a bottle. The gewurztraminer worked really well with the stew. I never buy that type of wine so that was fun to try something different.
