So during our brunch yesterday we decided that we wanted to do a GTG as an annual thing, focusing on a different city each year. I'm thinking if we plan it far enough ahead of time then we could potentially get all us A10 girls together. I know that it will get harder as we all have babies (and we have FOUR babies coming within weeks of each other!!!) but that's what husband's and grandparents are for RIGHT?!?!?!?!
Anyway, I had such an amazing time with you girls and I want to be able to "meet" all the other A10 girls that couldn't come to NYC. So PLEASE let's make this happen!
Also, if you girls want to we could totally set up some "virtual" GTG's via Google Video. It was so much fun being able to talk face to face with Rebecka & Julie!
Re: Annual GTG
I think that would be splendid!!!!
No babies planned on my end but a ginormous IL family with a hundred million birthday, grad, wedding, baptism etc. parties a year is usually what holds me back.
And forgive my dumbass-ness, but can I buy a webcam so I can get in on the video chats? Or is that something my computer has to come with? Forgive my ignorance on that one....I dunno much about technology except for basic operations. LOL
you can totally get a webcam!! then you can just mount it to the top of the laptop or desktop and you are good to go.

Well, Cindy is planning on coming to Chicago in May..and we have quite a few girls who live within 2-3 hours of the City...I'm going to count on that one!
And I would be SO down for some group huddles on + anytime!
Fabulous. Off to Best Buy I go!!
BTW this would've been the perfect weekend for me to go to NY because we had Amanda so Mike wouldn't have been home alone, and she had her BFF spend the night which made it an even busier day in our house. But - and call me crazy - even after a year I'm still not ready to leave him overnight yet!!! :-/ That's why I was trying to go for the day on Sunday but without emptying out my 401k on air fare I'd have had to fly there at 7 am and fly home at 1 pm and where's the fun in that!?
Next year I should definitely be in, provided there's no effin' parties that weekend!
Yessirreee! And that would be for my 40th birthday, just to throw in.
And even if it happened a different weekend, train fare from Dearborn to Chicago is very reasonable and it's a 5 hour ride from here! Easily doable!!
A10 Siggy Challenge: Our Next Vacation Destination: Paris!
I'm totally in! I will travel wherever, and would love to do group travel like I did with Liz and Danielle, it was great having some extra time to get to know them during travel time.
Chicago or Nashville sound awesome!

Well at our next GTG we will make that a destination. I'm sure we can find a biergarten whatever city we go to!

Well, I've never been to Chicago (except well there was that truck trip but I only got to see the highway and the cargo area of the airport) or Nashville... and a girl's weekend would be totally fun (if you'll let me leave Milo at home). PLUS, I should be done nursing (unless I am on to #2) and won't have to skimp on any all you can drinks any more...
Course the logistics and finances remain to be seen, but I will try!

I don't know I think I was up there between the Sangria, the Mimosas and those yummy samples yesterday
DH & I at the Light Festival
I would just like another GTG one day.
That is all.
I LOVE Nashville!!!! My friend that used to live in Chicago moved there back in '07 and I visited in '08. We're not friends anymore but I'm always up for another trip there.
Amanda mentioned BBQ....isn't the BBQ even better in Memphis? I'd be up for that too. OMG the Nesties in Graceland! LMAO!!!!
I wanna hold Milo.
Maybe you were not as vocal about how much you enjoyed it, but I did notice you were partaking in the alcoholic experience
