Re: Happy Monday!
Let me start!
My day is going great. I am currently procrastinating exercising. I am trying to lose weight. Honestly I would love to lose 80-100 pounds. It is my third moth of trying and it is going well. I have lose only about 5 pounds but lost a ton of inches. Guess it is the whole fat turning into muscle thing,
This week I really have nothing planned. Other than more cleaning and exercising.
Dinner is my runza casserole. (if you want the recipe it is in my food blog below my siggy pic) Super yummy and it makes me excited for dinner. Perfect for fall.
What do I love about Indiana in the fall. I love the crispness of the weather and the leaves.

Oh, so far my day is pretty great. I just woke up (worked the night shift at the hotel last night)! This week is going to be pretty "boring" for us, which is awesome because the last few have been nuts.
I'm thinking homemade pizza for dinner. That might turn into beef burgundy stew to compliment the weather and a fire in the fireplace!
My favorite thing about fall is the beauty of it around here... great for hikes! I'm going to add my least favorite: the craziness of Brown County in October that leads to most locals going into pseudo-hibernation for the month.
My day is ok so far, but work is crazy busy.
For dinner, I have no idea, I have no appetite lately.
Umm, that is a tough one since I am still not a big fan of living here in Indiana and add to that, I don't like fall or winter....I will have to get back to you on that one
dinner tonight is this: http://www.locodiner.com/2009/10/frank-and-dino-love-tuscan-sausage-soup.html a girl asked for a recipe from Maggiano's on H&F. and I happened to stumble across the recipe online. looks simple enough.
congrats on your weight loss thus far. and try not to focus on the numbers! it definitely is the whole 'fat into muscle' thing muscle, unfortunately weighs more than fat.
i loveee the leaves changing in Indiana. I have not been anywhere else that they have been as gorgeous. ESPECIALLY in brown county. the colors are unreal.
this week will consist of running M, W, F. and biking T, Th. is it too early to talk about the weekend?? sigh....
Hello all!
My day is going great! Monday's are my long days since the class I teach is a Monday night class. So I'm going form my full-time day job straight to my part-time teaching gig then drive an hour to get home. Hubs usually surprises me with dinner since I get home between 9-10pm, so no idea what he will be making tonight
This week: work, bootcamp, volleyball league, Fort Wayne Trolley Tour, date with hubs, and some cleaning, getting back on track with my pre-wedding weight loss.
Indiana in the fall - Honeycrisp apples! the last warm remnant days of summer, changing leaves, the days get darker sooner so when you are ready to go out and do something places are still open, you don't need AC or heat, you feel like you just got a whole new wardrobe because you can pull things out that you haven't worn in months, Komet hockey starts up!
THIS! love the fresh air.

The day went well - got a day to veg before work, and work went by quickly. I've got the rest of the week off, so homework and housework, a lot of cooking, and spending time with Zach (when he's not working) and the kitty. Dinner tonight is tomato soup and cheese sandwich crackers.
My favorite thing about fall? Can I make it into a plural? The colors, the temperatures, the ability to get back into sweaters, hockey season starts up (yes, we're Blues fans since Zach was born & raised 45 minutes east of St. Louis), AND we get to celebrate our anniversary.
It was great getting my back adjusted, but tanked when we went to the hospital for a test that they said needed no prep or appointment and finding out that they haven't done it in 15 years and it's not done in Indy either. I could have had it last week at U of L when I was doing other tests there had we known we couldn't do it near home. It picked up by scoring pre-season Preds tickets 2 rows from the glass and in a very good section below face value. They're playing the Caps which means we get to see Ovechkin (I just like him) live in action. We're die-hard Wings fans, but have adopted the Preds since our friends in low places love them. That means we are planning next week in Nashville where I have a couple of surprises for friends in store and some really great partying and fine dining on the agenda. I married a hockey playing Michigander who likes to play hard.
We ordered pizza since I don't cook unless we are trapped at home. Then we each fend for ourselves since we don't like the same things.
It was college football growing up in South Bend, but mostly for the tailgating. I really don't like the rural area we're in since there's no real football here so there's really not much. I'm still fighting closing the pool and just building a fire next to it when I swim now. I just count the days until spring and plan lots of weekend road trips to escape. This fall I guess I'm looking forward to the Doctors in Chicago that everyone is telling me will fix my health issues.
