how was your weekend?
how was your weekend?
Mine was good. My family + DH drove to ohio to run in the Air Force 10k. Lots of driving but totally worth it. We got back around 4 yesterday which was nice because I had time to clean/do laundry/etc before starting the week. Though I am completely unmotivated at work today.

Re: how was your weekend?
My weekend kind of sucked. We originally had planned on staying home for the weekend and working on some house projects, but my mom ended up in the hospital on Thursday and so I drove down to Georgia on Friday to help/ let my sister and Dad get some sleep while we waited to find out what was wrong with her. She finally got released Sunday morning with the diagnosis of an inner ear infection, which was a relief, since they had originally were thinking it was a minor stroke or possibly MS.
Essentially, that shot our weekend, but my sister was able to give me two big boxes of baby clothes and some other hand-me-down items while I was there, which was exciting. And we got home early enough to be in bed by 9 pm.
Oh yeah, and Georgia Tech and Clemson won their football games so the guys in my family were super happy.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermDH wanted to go for a walk Saturday afternoon we have this 'river walk' here in town and this river goes from just about one side of town to the other it's about and 11 mile walk one way Don't worry it's paved and up above the river bed. So we went and did that, we only made it's about 3 miles. I got heat exhaustion which sucked I had to sit at this park about 2 blocks from were we parked and wait for mike to come get me...I couldn't make it any more. I so don't do heat to well so the rest of my Saturday was spent either laying in the tub with cool water or laying on the bed with the fan on high.
Sunday I got a craving for homemade chili and made a 5qt slow-cooker of chili! now we have chili coming out our eyes...lol
Drove an hour-ish into Fishers so dad could test drive a 2000 Ford Ranger. He wound up purchasing it, so he now has a vehicle to drive since his truck was totaled in the middle of August.
Otherwise, I did homework, homework, and more homework.
