Help me choose paint colors for this play house

I saw a post over on Ohdeedoh on redoing playhouses. We just picked this one up for DS. It has a blue roof, pink siding, a white slide open door (in back), tan front door, yellow chairs, blue table, blue sink/window box. I also want a separate color for the trim.
I need help choosing paint colors. At first I wanted to paint it to match our house but I think we're painting soon and we don't know what colors yet. Currently our home is tan with white and dark green trim. Our front door is dark green door. I'd like to get the play house away from the pastel colors.

This. I would wait until you decide on the colors that you will be painting your home, but maybe mix them up a little so it isn't an exact mini-me.
Rustoleum makes one for plastics. Maybe I'll pick colors I want for the big house and try it out on the play house. lol.

You can also buy a spray primer for plastic, that makes it possible to paint with any spray paint, not just the ones meant for plastic.
I'm just curios if anyone knows how much these playhouses are worth? Or how much would be a good price to pay for this dollhouse at a garage sale?
