We may be headed to Disney Land next spring. I know you guys have been. I wanted to find out if you stayed at one of the Disney resorts and if so, whether you recommended it or not. Also, how many days would you allow to see everything? Any character meals/restaurants that you recommend? TIA!

We stayed at the Hilton, which was within walking distance of Disneyland. I would recommend it, but we stay there because we have Diamond status with Hilton.
We did 5 days (3 full days and 2 half days) and that was more than plenty. The character dining is limited, we did the princess meal at Ariels Grotto, which was really nice and not a buffet (big plus.)
