As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Latest condo news.......
ugh, well this chick has given her agent a copy of her lease and their closing atty is looking at it. That's about as much as I have right now.
I offered that I could raise the pur price and then pay her lease fees in order to do this (wouldn't cost me a thing, same bottom line to me) as it would get her out of the lease, get me out of the condo and would only be like an extra $20/mo on her mortgage.
apparently this chick doesn't get it - like mortgage payments (did I mention she is 48 and one would think she would since she's in the financial industry - WTH?!!?!?) and that you can't just get out of your lease. And apparently she's done that b/f with success. But if you want the condo - fight for it then to get out of this lease.
It's just thard when you're on this side of it. I'm emotional about it. I cried a lot last night and DH was a champ. To the point I'm like if I can't handle this I can't handle other changes, us buying another house, us having kids, I'll be a horrible mom, stupid crap - can't believe I let it affect me like this!!!
anyways, keep praying, maybe God will have an affect on her to make a wise decision and get the condo somehow - GOD WILLING!!!!

DUH. I'm like WTH?!?!!?!? I swear. For her it's a matter of principle. Like when she was attament (sp?) about having a home warranty on the offer - uh yeah, had that b/f - they are crap. They really don't do anything b/c they don't REPLACE anything, just fix minors..... but she wanted to be protected, fine. So w/this lease, it's a matter of principle again - she thinks she should be able to get out free and clear - where is she from?!!?!?
