Halloween

What is everyone's Halloween plans?? Am I the only one obsessively searching Halloween party picture blogs? Costumes? Is it too early??

Re: Halloween

  • we have two first birthday/costume parties to go to that weekend so H is going to be a gangster and I am going to be a flapper. T is going to be a flower for one party and a cupcake for the other.

For halloween itself we are just taking T around my moms neighborhood and then H and I are eating all her candy.

  • I've been getting El's costume together. She's going as Pebbles, and her cousin is going as Bamm Bamm. I can't wait to take them trick or treating!
  • I've been looking but nothing is striking me.  Inspiration that is work appropriate?

  • Definitely not too early!

We don't plan on celebrating this year since my due date is 10/24.

    :(

    Boo. I love dressing up.

  • We throw a crazy costume party every year, I can't wait!!!  I may or may not spend a few hundred dollars adding decor to the house every year.  Yep, we're THOSE people.

No costume ideas yet though, I need to get on that...

  • We're throwing a big party this year and I'm SO excited!!! I have so many ideas for food, decor, etc. and having a really hard time narrowing it down! My SIL is obsessed w/ halloween and is going to help - it's going to be awesome.

I have a really awesome costume idea, and it definitely involves a tutu. Stick out tongue

  • We wanted to dress Wyatt up as Yoda and have Glen carry him in the backpack/baby carrier but Wyatt is just too little this year. Instead we're dressing up as Mr & Mrs PACMAN and Wyatt is going to be a ghost. We're going to a partying the 29th and handing out candy to neighborhood kids.
  • It's never too early to think about Halloween....

Samma is dressing up as Princess Leia, and Loki is going as Darth Vader, and he's going to like it.

I have a Halloween party to go to but Chris, and a majority of the other males in that friend group, will be attending a bachelor party that night, so us girls are planning on a girls' group costume... so far we've considered the Powerpuff Girls or the Spice Girls... we shall see...
