happy fall friday!

Im excited fall is finally here however not too excited what is to follow haha-

what's everyone have planned for the weekend

Not sure yet what we're doing! Just gna kinda go with it this weekend!

Re: happy fall friday!

  • I know I love fall-but I'm totally with you Cari I'm not ready for what follows.

Today I am going to have lunch with two of my sisters and my Aunt, then tonight I have book club with my girlfriends.  So excited cause I don't get to see the ladies in my life nearly as much as I would like!

Tomorrow we are helping my sister move.  I'm in charge of keeping track of her dog and keeping her from being underfoot.  Since I can't be lifting stuff after the cramping I had the other day.  But I still want to be there to support her.  I'll probably also make sure everyone has water and food and all that good stuff.

Tomorrow night we're going to the grape jamboree with a few friends.  It's a festival that all the local wineries participate in and has a ton of fair foods, grape stomping, grape pie, live music, etc.

Sunday no plans, just taking it easy.

  • I want summer back!! No real plans this weekend. Getting together with Jenna (Andysbride) tonight for dinner.

Tomorrow we'll probably go and officially buy (actually lease) DH the truck he wants. Watching football and hopefully going to see Lion King tomorrow night.

Nothing but church and errands planned for Sunday.

  • Happy Fall!!! I love fall - I love how fall smells :)

Lauren - jealous of your GTG with Jenna. I miss you ladies!

Tonight i will be cleaning/doing laundry/maybe sanding down the walls in my bathroom upstairs to prep for painting finally (but likely not b/c i never finish a project). Not sure of my exact plans during the day on Saturday, im sure most of it will consist of some serious chores around the house and laundry...yuck. Then we are going to my college roommates 25th bday party. Sunday we are going to go mow the lawn at my mom's house if its not rainy.

Then poor old Monday comes again...damnit.

  • I'm with you ladies... I love fall, but not what comes after!

Tonight- My skids are coming over, so YAY for not being lonely for 3 whole days... I've got plans to go to dinner with some of the girls from work, and they were nice enough to change the place to Pizza Hut so that the kids can go with us!!

Tomorrow- My manager sprung a manager/supervisor meeting on me on yesterday saying that it's Saturday at 3:30. It would have been nice to have gotten a little more notice b/c of having the kids and my husband not being home. I think my parents might watch the kids for me, but I'm half tempted to take them with me so she can see why I need more notice for things and why I need the time off that I ask for. I'm also taking our oldest to a Show& Sell opportunity for his Boy Scout Popcorn.

Sunday- Probably Church then spending the day at my in-laws. If it's nice I'll take Clayton to do some door to door selling on the dead end street my in-laws live on to try and get more popcorn sales done.

  • Today - trying to finish up a few small things around the house (organizational projects) and taking pics of the nursery (finally!!) and starbucks w/ a friend (don't worry I just drink tea lol). Oh, and going to see Lion King in 3D since I was too tired to go last weekend.

Tomorrow - band practice 11-1 then they go to a show in Harrisonburg (I am not comfortable going that far from home when I am this pregnant, haha)  we will have a late lunch with friends (been trying to gtg with them for over a month, but people kept getting sick, or getting called into work, lol). I am excited to see her and her baby again - he's 10 weeks old and the last time I saw him, he was only a DAY old!!!

Sunday - church, baby laundry (J's work had a surprise "cube shower" for him earlier this week) and anything else I feel needs to get done.
