So my DH and I are renting this cute little two bedroom loft house that was, brace yourself, a chicken coup. Thats right it was a chicken coup converted into a house. Anyway, the property is huge and extreamly country. My beef is the landlord. Picture old woman, 4'5", hunched over and wearing a beehive wig. Different colored wig every other time she comes out of her house (she lives on the same property). My problem with her is that she likes to spray round-up alongside the side walk, trees and house. So after a few days there are two landing strips along the sidewalk, big circles around the trees and a big ole square around the house. The problem with this is ive tried planting some expensive bulbs that my mom gave me. And they were dinner plate daliahs, 5 diffferent colors. They were just about to bloom when BAM she sprays the poison and kills em. Evil old woman!
Re: Beware...Lil complaint.
In that case, she owes you for replacement bulbs. Old age isn't an excuse for damaging someone else's things...if she can't handle being a landlord of sound mind and body, she should sell the house or hire someone who is to manage the property.
