I've known I was O- most of my life. My whole family is O+ so I'm the "oddball". If anyone doesn't know, there is a "diet" (rather a lifestyle) for your blood type and when I follow it generally I'm much thinner than when I eat the "avoid" foods. I have typed notes on the whole book but here are some links that may be useful if you are interested in learning more. If you want the typed notes I'd be happy to email you them, just post here and I'll check in and send them your way.
