So, I just called Mr. Sparky (got the name from the last time electrician services were requested) and they don't work on rental properties. Dude on the phone said something about a permit they don't have. Whatevs.
Can you pass along the name of an electrician that can work in both rental properties and residences. The kitchen light in the townhouse we rent is not getting power and we have a couple of this we'd like done at our home as well.
Thanks.
Re: Electrician Rec
My dad is a semi-retired electrical contractor and now has a handyman business. (Link may not be clicky, sorry).
His name is Jerry Watson and website is www.grandpahandyman.com
Thanks so much for the info!
I'll be giving him a call in a few!
