recipe rave: creamy baked chicken taquitos

http://www.pink-parsley.com/2011/02/creamy-baked-chicken-taquitos.html

i used a costco rotisserie chicken to save time. i used half cheddar and half mexican blend for the cheeses. i think i might do all mexican blend next time. i can tell that it's a good recipe for substitutions - like if you don't have cilantro, you won't miss it. i also omitted cayenne pepper since my family doesn't like spicy. so i enjoyed it with a spicy southwestern salsa (corn, black beans, etc) while they had mild regular salsa.

everyone liked it here!

i plugged it into WW recipe builder and the entire recipe is 32pts, using 12 tortillas. so i figured 8pts for 3 taquitos. high, but they were good and you could really add a nice low point salad with it.
