Ok... So I want to get this. My question for those of you that have it... Do you think I would be ok just getting it on my kindle? Or, does it seem like a book you really need to have the physical copy of?
Also, let's get a roll call for everyone who is interested in going through it together and when we want to start!
This board is about to be full of buff bad ass girls.... just sayin'.

Re: NROLFW Question.
I think either version would be fine. I have the paper copy, but I also don't have a Kindle. The workouts list the page numbers on which you can find descriptions and pictures of the exercises, so it would be helpful if the page numbering on the Kindle is the same as in the physical copy but not essential. I've taken my copy to the gym a few times to refer to when I'm starting new exercises in a new stage, but you could easily take your Kindle instead.
I'm in for a challenge thread! I'm currently at the beginning of stage 2, so I can start posting whenever. Let's make it open to people who are doing a modified version at home or other weightlifting programs too, not just NROLFW at the gym.
I need to lose some body fat before I start with the lifting, or I'm going to look huge. Fat on top of muscle doesn't look hot. At all.
I'd be interested in this though. I think this would be something that I would enjoy and be good at.
I need a trainer, stat.
I got the book on Kindle, mostly to have it on my iphone when I'm at the gym. However, I'm having a hard time flipping back and forth between the workouts and the descriptions and between the meal plans to mix and match from those. I will probably buy it in print as well for those purposes, but have it on my iphone to refer to when working out.
Boymom, like Blinking said, the weight training helps burn fat. I'm sure I have more body fat than you.
Blinking, I would love to do Crossfit, but my schedule is crazynuts. When it calms down, I'll let you know and definitely check it out sometime.
Boymom... nope. This is what you need to do to build the muscle to get the fat off and make those arms look supersexyhot!
I finally found a copy in Norman and bought it. I.love.it. It goes completely along with what I already believe and practice with my members. I did the first workout today but I started on the second phase because I am already lifting regularly and lemmetellya, it kicked my tail. WOOT!
Let me know if you guys have questions about any of the exercises or anything that goes with it!
(For those of you that may not know.. I am a certified Personal Trainer and supervise our personal training staff where I work... just so you don't think I'm a know-it-all for no reason
)
I didn't know this! I'm sure I'll have lots of questions for you.
