Mon--roasted chicken and veggies w/cheesy polenta
Tues--DH oot for work; DD and I out for sushi, Rise Cupcakes for dessert
Wed--creamy baked chicken taquitos, cilantro and pineapple rice, black beans
Thurs--beer cheese soup w/ham and potatoes, salad, homemade sourdough bread
Fri--leftovers
Sat--probably out after Dynamo game
Today: Grilled chicken caesar salads
The rest of the week:
Korean tacos (crockpot) w/cucumber slaw x2
Brined pork chops with cherry (if I can find them, if not blackberry)-port sauce, couscous, salad x2
Burgers + sweet pot fries
We're cleaning out the freezer this week.
