Learn creative ways to incorporate the favorite flavors of fall with cooking instructors Jenna Braddock, Registered Dietitian, and Ryder Leary from the YMCA. Menu: Roasted butternut squash soup and Cranberry Stuffed turkey breast. To keep class fees low, items sampled during this class are appetizer-sized portions of the entrees demonstrated.
