Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Pintrest invite please :)
I know Cristin or someone sent me an invite quite awhile ago, but I never did sign up.
I was wondering why I had to sign up using my Facebook account, anyone know the answer to that question?
Anyways, would someone be so kind as to invite me?

I don't think you have to sign up through your facebook - I know I didn't.

I did, and that's how I signed up initially... then I somehow got a password sent to me, though I don't remember what I did. Now I sign in with my email address and password.
Signing up that way does put an app on your profile for if you want to share your pins on Facebook, but you can go delete the app after you sign up and create a password and it won't matter anymore. Your Pinterest account would then be disconnected from your Facebook account.
Signing up that way also finds people for you to follow. Any friends you have on FB that are on Pinterest will show up as options for you to follow.
