Pink paint

Ok, the "perfect" pink paint does not exist in spray paint, people, so don't even try looking for it! I have been searching for MONTHS for this specific pink that I have in DD's quilt, and I haven't been able to find it. I finally broke down and spent $15 on a quart of pink paint to paint ONE desk chair. I'll have this paint sitting in my shop when I'm 47 I'm sure.

What about picture frames or other accents?

To store it (like for touchups) make sure you clean the rim off the can really good, and put saran wrap over the opening before you put the lid on.  This will help keep the paint fresh so it doesn't go bad in the time you don't need it.

I didn't know that about saran wrap! I do try to keep the rims really clean, so at least I've been doing that right. I did buy a little bench that I will paint the same color, and after that maybe a couple other little things. I am thinking about doing this pink on some things in my sewing room.

And I would have gotten the little sample size, but our small town hardware store (and we're 90 miles from the nearest big box store) doesn't carry them. Trust me, I asked! lol

We have a plastic thing that snaps just inside the can to keep the rim clean. I'm not sure if it comes in smaller sizes, though. I hate having paint all over the side of the cans!

I love those snap in spout things. We also have a little squeegee that you push around the rim to clean it off.
