Dessert - Gluten Free
OK so I need to come up with a good gluten free dessert for a family get together next week. I tend to make things from scratch for times like this, but not sure what is good gluten free or what to use - any suggestions?! Thanks

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
You could try a apple or peach crisp - I would think the topping could be pretty easily modified to make it gf.
A flourless chocolate cake should be gluten free, too. Yum. Or cheesecake - that doesn't have any flour, right?
My neighbor made these and gave me some. They were very good, she did need to all a little extra rice flour b/c the dough was a bit soupy once it was mixed.
