Thirsty Thursday.

Good Morning.

I may be joining a gym in the next couple of weeks. I am currently working at losing 80-100 pounds. I am 3 pounds in. So I think a gym membership will help.  I am excited.

 

SO in honor of the thirsty Thursday title,  What drinks do you drink?

I drink a lot of water.  Also cherry 7up and ginger ale. I love Tea! As for booze I am a champagne girl. I also love amaretto and I like vodka.

  • ahhh Thirsty Thursday. reminds me of college!

    when looking for a gym, try to find one with various group classes.  they really motivate me to get to the gym & get a good workout! I'm currently studying nutrtion & fitness if you have any questions.

    I drink water and sometimes iced tea.  For booze, wine is my absolute favorite.  Red, white, just has to be dry.

  • I am currently using myfitnesspal.com to track what I eat. And how much I exercise. I have been trying to have a healthy relationship with food through all this weight loss.

    I know the only way to actually lose weight and to keep it off is to eat right and exercise, and to make it a daily thing, not only while I am trying to lose weight.

     

    the one I am looking at joining has yoga in the morning which I think is a great way to start the day. It also has a pool, which will be nice. I enjoy swimming. And I will be spending time on elliptical. 

     

    I go visit the gym today after my husband gets off work. he wants to join with me.  Since I have gotten serious about wanting to be healthy he has gotten interested.

    I drink coffee and water.  For alcohol I am a rum girl but I love wine too

  • Good luck with the gym!  I agree about finding one with classes.  Our's doesn't have them and I really miss being able to do them there.  Plus, if you want them and don't have them it gets expensive.

    I do a lot of water and Diet Coke.  I also like protein shakes and flavoring my water with Mio.  That stuff is awesome, especially the strawberry watermelon.  For booze, I like whiskey, bourbon, vodka, all mixed with various things or margaritas on the rocks.  I'll do wine too.

    Awesome! I use MyFitnessPal too.  It's a great tool.  And that's great that your husband has the itch too.  It'll make it a lot easier to work out with him by your side.  Good luck!

    I did join the gym. Am excited. 

     

    This gym does have classes. I am so happy about the Yoga three times a week. I am going to try the zumba class too. 

     

    Also the childcare is just $2 a child. Which is awesome. Will get the toddler out and about for fun while I work out.
