Poll: Fall TV shows
Now that the season is underway, I want to know what new TV shows people have watched and enjoyed.
I think the only new shows I've watched are Up All Night and New Girl. I'm mixed on both of them. I only saw the pilot episode of New Girl (forgot to record the second episode), so I'll watch again next week before I make a decision. I think Up All Night has potential, but they spend too much time focused on work-related drama instead of funny new baby drama. I think Raising Hope is much funnier (totally different type of show though).

I'm watching HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, Big Bang Theory, Two 1/2 men (i actually like it again, now that Charlie is out of the picture, it got a little bit lame towards the end there), Mike and Molly and Raising Hope. I really liked the pilot of New Girl, but the 2nd episode was just so-so.
I want to watch The Playboy Club, but DH watches Hawaii 5-0 and i'm too lazy to go downstairs to the other tv. I will hopefully catch up with it eventually.
Glee has so far been lame. I probably won't watch it again.

I'm not really feeling any of the new season yet... I am most disappointed with How I Met Your Mother so far (obv not new, but not feeling that either).
I think that Up All Night is cute as long as it doesn't coincide with something else I want to watch... which it hasn't yet... and I have watched Revenge for the past two weeks, which is actually pretty bad, but I'm drawn to anything that takes place at a beach house..... not to mention that I love the guy who plays the head of security who used to be on The Unit... other than that, there is nothing that I would race home to watch. Kinda disappointing season....

Of the new shows, I have watched Up all night and Whitney.
Up All night is cute - I liked the second episode better than the first. Whitney, on the other hand, was absolutely horrid and I turned it off half way through.
I caught the premiere of Person of Interest and thought it definitely has potential. I love Michael Emerson from Lost.
I watched the first 1 1/2 episodes of 2 Broke Girls and had to stop. Not a fan. I just didn't think it was that funny.
I can't really think of any other "new" shows I am watching. Just the same old ones.
ETA: I forgot about Up All Night. I think it's cute. As a parent, I can find at least one or two relate-able problems/circumstances in each episode.
i think i forgot to DVR the new girl (oops!) but i liked the first episode
liked the first episode of up all night but thought the second one was really awkward and hard to watch. we'll give it a few more weeks.
we've added raising hope to our dvr queue, so funny!!
HIMYM, big bang theory, modern family, and the NBC thursday night shows are already being dvr-ed
so, so looking forward to mad men!
I'm sure there's a couple others but the fact that I can't remember them means they probably aren't on my "must see or I'll die" list, you know.

New Shows:
Up All Night- I like it. It's funny and it's 30 min, so like 18 wo commercials- worth the couple of laughs an episode.
The New Girl- Her co-dependence and ditzy attitude annoy me. I think it is particularly because my best friend is behaving this way too so I'm trying not to dwell on hatred for this show. Oddly, H thinks it is much funnier than I do.
Hart of Dixie- I thought the pilot was cute, and it has a couple of favorite stars from TV shows past, so it is staying, at least for now.
Stand up for something you believe in.
I've been tuning into these new shows:
New Girl: Zooey is appealing, but I find a lot of the jokes falls flat. There have been more things that annoy me about than I like so I may not be in for the long haul.
Up All Night: Love the cast. Has real potential. The second episode with all the "it's ironic" stuff was my favorite.
Revenge: Total guilty pleasure.
I saw a few minutes of Pan Am and liked it, but I don't know if it will be one I grab onto. The first two episodes of 2 Broke Girls are on my DVR, but I have yet to watch them. I also kind of wish I had watched Hart of Dixie since Jason Street from FNL is on it.
HWIMYM, 2.5 Men (although I am not sold on it-I think Ashton has been weak and thought he'd be much stronger in his role) 2 broke girls but I am not sold on that. Hawaii 5 0....yum and whats not to love now that John Locke is on it
Tues Nothing
Wed-Modern Family and we tivo'd the show after it but haven't caught it yet. Persons of Interest. I think this show has A LOT of potential. I really enjoyed it. Up all Night was OK. I need to give it some more time
Thursday Community HILARIOUS. The office I was suprised at the opening and will continue to give it a try. crap there is another show we watch on thursdays. Oh and Charlies Angels was OK. I am going to give it one more week
Pan Am- I'll though the first episode was good.
Terra Nova- Watched it last night and it was okay.
2 Broke Girls- I could give or take it. It's on after HIMYM so I'll probably watch again.
Up All Night- It's okay, not one of my favorites. Will probably stop watching.
New Girl- Zooey's character annoys me. I don't think I can watch it anymore.
Ringer- I've liked it so far. I haven't seen this week episode yet.
Revenge- I like this one. I'm watching the 2nd episode as I type this.
For the new series this season:
Terra Nova- I couldn't get into it. Felt a little too much like Jurassic park meets The Village.
New Girl- thought it was really cute
Playboy Club.. I could take it or leave it, if nothing else is on I'll tune in, but it won't go on my DVR list.
Person of Interest- Lots of potential.
I tried really hard not to watch any new stuff. We already DVR more shows than I can really keep up with.
I watched the pilot of Ringer and I liked it. I just haven't had time to watch the other two eps, but they are on the DVR.
DH really wanted to watch Pan Am, and he did watch the pilot, but I have not watched it yet - DH liked it, so I do plan to watch if I can ever manage to catch up.
