S/O leaves.....imminently.... for pretraining and deplyoment. I do have one weekend with him before the long haul. But I just got used to having him around again!!!
Remind me again.... what things do we look forward to about deployments? All I can think of at the moment is endless hours of Teen Mom and Vampire Diaries catch-up.

I always look forward to eating whatever I want and a clean house. H tends to throw stuff down wherever he wants to when he walks in.
Plus he doesn't sleep well so I look forward to the long nights of uninterrupted sleep.
Having the bed all to myself as well as half the laundry and dishes have been the biggest perks for me since H has been gone.

Same, except now I have to fight my 3 cats for bed space
lol! I told H he's going to have to fight one of the cats for his spot when he gets back. Ever since he left Chuchi has been faithfully sleeping next to me on H's side of the bed.

That's basically how it is here except they all feel it absolutely necessary to smush up right next to me so I can't move in the middle of the night. They've been so needy since A left
- you can fix dinner or not
- take up the entire bed
- use up all the hot water in during the morning shower
-watch whatever tv you want
And it will be over before you know it :-)

Amen and amen! I was seriously surprised how easy it is to keep my house clean since I am the only one I have to clean up after.
I think my cat is actually more upset than I am. She was at his heels for two days straight once he brought his giant bags out for packing!
Argh. He is actually really good at laundry and dishes and keeping the place clean...
