Yes, Dr. Schwartz in West Islip! I use Dr. Sarah, based on a recommendation from a friend (Dr. Sarah delivered her daughter 3 years ago today!).
There are 2 Dr.'s Schwartz; Dr. Sarah and her father (I don't remember his name), working from this office. They are both associated with Good Sam. Here's the contact info
