Good news: It's Friday!
Woohoo! It has been a long week. DS is teething, DH is super stressed at work... And I have been up every night in the middle of the night, just wide awake and totally unable to fall back to sleep. *sigh*
Today MIL is babysitting, so I'm going to go shopping and get a mani/pedi.
Tomorrow I have a hair appointment, a showing of the house, and a wedding in the evening. BUSY!
Sunday we'll go look at a couple of houses and visit with my Dad.

We really don't have much going on this weekend. Tonight is my 'catch up on my shows' night. Tomorrow, DH has football stuff allllll day. So I'm hoping to get the cleaning and organizing done in our spare room/office - I've been saying I'm going to do it for the last 3 weeks now!
Who wants to bet that I don't even make a dent in getting that room organized?!?!
Oh Friday, how I missed you!
Tomorrow is our one-year anniversary, so I'm looking forward to celebrating! I'm ducking out at lunch today to pick up our anniversary cake from the bakery. (It was free, because we sent her a pro photo of the cake.) Tonight, there will be pizza fondue & wine & prosecco. Tomorrow, we're going to lie low until we go to dinner at L'Espalier. Sunday, I'm sure he'll watch football all day, and I'll probably clean/read/watch a movie.

This weekend is pretty mellow. I am in PA and DH is in MA, so I won't get to see him. He was going to come home, but is now sick.
All I really have planned is returning a few things to the mall and Target and getting together with 2 friends on Sunday. I also have a bunch of stuff that I want to do around the house.

I'm going to Provincetown with my gays for the weekend - taking the ferry out tomorrow morning and home Sunday night. I'm bummed the weather is going to be crappy, but it should still be a great weekend of cocktails and dancing

Its going to be a fairly quiet weekend for me. Tonight I'm just going to hang out at home and spend some time with H. Tomorrow I'm babysitting my niece for most of the day and then maybe spending some time with some friends later on in the evening. Sunday H and I might take a ride up to Maine if the weather is nice.

Tonight I'm probably just going to be lazy. I have a bunch of miscellaneous stuff I should probably work on, but I hate working on anything on a Friday night.
Tomorrow we have to drop off DH's motorcycle for some maintenance, then we'll hit up the Food Festival I posted about earlier in the week.
Sunday we're going to the cemetery to see my grandparents' plot for the first time since my grandpa passed away a couple of months ago. Then we're going to hang out with a friend for pizza and ice cream for his birthday. I may go play some volleyball in the evening but am not sure yet. It's all the way in Attleboro and DH won't go with me so I can't decide if I want to do the drive by myself. Plus I've already played 3x this week and am also playing Monday and Tuesday so my old bones might not be able to take it
But the people are so fun!

My weekend is going to be very laid back. Tonight we are babysitting my FI's and my soon-to-be niece and nephew. And then the rest of the weekend is WIDE open. FI will be watching football all day Sunday so who knows what I'll do. Maybe go shopping. Got tons of gift cards from my shower to everywhere.

We are having a birthday party tomorrow night for DH. So I'll be cleaning and preparing before then. Going to make a couple of lasagnes tonight, that I can just throw in the oven tomorrow. I also ordered him a Star Wars cake from BJ's, which I hope he loves
Will be lots of fun!!
Sunday will be breakfast for anyone who crashes at our place. We always offer so our friends don't have to drive home. Then recovering, watching football, and eating cake!

My husband just got word that he didn't get that job he interviewed for the other day. *insertstringofexpletiveshere* Good thing I grabbed two bottles of wine along with the prosecco when I ran out to pick up the cake. I see lots of drinking in our future, heh.

Last night SO and I visited with the ILs. We had a great time playing with our adorable, cute, smart, cuddly niece.
Today, Breakfast at Flour Bakery, walking over to Copley (I got a birthday coupon from Cole Hahn, so I should say hello!) Making Mac and Cheese and a salad for dinner with apple crisp and caramel sauce for dessert.
Tomorrow we are going to Symphony Hall to hear Audra McDonald perform... I love her! Then off to Petit Robert for dinner. (It's on the walk home and their giant profiterole is TDF!)
Hopefully I will be able to plant my fall flowers this weekend as well.
