As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Since a pint is a pound, you lose a pound every time you donate blood.
It's true...I used to donate every 8 weeks and I'd weigh myself before and after. The only bad news is they give you cookies and crackers after so you eat it all back, and as soon as your blood replenishes it's back anyway. Oh well.
