Sorry it's been so long, but if you have a few prayers to spare...

Could I get a few?  Well actually, for some family members.  Life has been chaotic, more so than usual.  At one point in the last few weeks, we had 4 family members in 4 different hospitals.

You may or may not remember, my grandma has been battling several health issues over the last few years (honestly, in cat terms, she's on like her 20th life!) and has gone downhill again.  She has been falling a lot, passing out, etc.  Had been in hospital and they released her against most of our wishes.  Of course, two days later, she fell and broke her hip.  Surgery was necessary, however high-risk with her health conditions.  Really didn't think she would make it through, but that woman is a fighter.  Unfortunately, she just doesn't have much strength left in her and is now in the beginning stages of congestive heart failure.  Docs are saying she probably has about 6 months, so at this point I'm just hoping she can be as comfortable as possible.

The other 3 members are were on H's side of the family and actually from the same family.  So of 4 people from that family, 3 were hospitalized at the same time.  Not a total surprise, but still tough to deal with.  One had her colon removed, thankfully she is recovering well, one cousin is now out (high fever, now believe it was virus).

Other cousin is now awaiting a heart transplant.  She is 26 and has dealt with heart problems all her life.  H and I went to Mayo last Saturday to visit and it's so hard to see her there.  Ironically she is doing well overall and is keeping her spirits up/staying busy, but I pray that she gets a new heart soon.  I feel awful wishing for it as it means the end of anothers' life, but she is so young and has so much going for her and deserves to be out "living" you know?   She has been in ICU now for a month and with her mom and brother being sick, she's had to spend a lot of time there alone.  Just reminds me of how much I have to be thankful for and not take any day for granted.

Anyhoo, if you think of it,  please keep them in your prayers.
