Free Motion Quilting tutorial?
A co-worker of DH and his wife are expecting twins in December and I'm thinking about making a quilt for each of them. I'd really like to do free-motion quilting on them rather than straight line quilting. Unfortunately, I've never done it and will have to teach myself how.
Any tutorials out there that you found incredibly helpful?
I should probably order the appropriate foot for doing so, too. I have the darning plate to cover my feed dogs, but don't have the foot. Thank goodness for Amazon gift cards. :P

This one may be more advanced than you need for the first couple of quilts, but it is interesting for technical reference.
