It has literally been 2 months since my machine last saw the light of day. This outfit is not finished (still have to make the pants), but I finished another pinafore-type top for LA. I tried my hand at honeycomb smocking for a little extra touch. I'll have a full blown AW with action shots when the pants are finished, but I was too excited that I had to share 
I sure do miss sewing!!!
Oh, you'll laugh at this. I cannot find my pins, so I had to make a late night run to Walmart for some. Ah, the joys of moving!

I just picked up some corduroy similar to that but printed with animals on it. I want to make DD2 a jumper with it. This would be perfect!

Love that color (I have some similar cord here for something or another), the detail on the bodice, and all those colored buttons! It's so much better than anything you'd find in the stores.
And the new LA pic is the best- that big smile, that big hair! I just love her.
