Next Book Club

For our next book club meeting, we thought about the possibility of doing it either the first weekend in December, or waiting until mid-January after the holidays.  So, what's your preference?

I have a request. Could it be done later in the day? I really wanted to go to the book club this past sunday, I even read the book. However, it was held at 11 a.m. and my husband and I tend to go to Delaware a lot on the weekends to see family and friends, and I knew there was no way I could get to Laurel by 11 a.m. Even a mid-afternoon thing would be really nice.

I would offer to host, I live in Crofton, but no one here has ever met me...is that problematic or strange? If not, then I would definitely host.

I don't think it is strange that no one has met you. There are a lot of people on the board who haven't met eachother. I think every book club I've gone to has been at someone's house I'd never met. That being said, if you feel weird having people you've never met, in your house, that is another question.

I didn't vote because I don't have a preference-either time would be ok with me! Hopefully it won't be a weekend that I work so I can actually come
