I have two options for what to wear to a mentoring event tomorrow evening (unrelated bonus--there will be wine there!).
Option 1:
Grey jersey skirt with short sleeve silk blouse, short sleeve grey jacket with black piping, black tights and black flats. More casual than a full suit--kind of dressy separates.
Option 1 variation:
Same as option 1 with over-calf black boots instead of black flats
Option 2:
Dark brown pants with a pink button down shirt, and a brown/cream tweed jacket.
Option 2 is probably a little more "formal" for what that's worth. The weather is really throwing me off. It's supposed to be mid-70s tomorrow and I worry that option 2 will look overly warm for the day.
Re: Help me dress for a mentoring event tomorrow
The pink shirt swayed you, didn't it? :P
Seriously, though, thanks for weighing in. I'm excited and a bit nervous--this is my first real interaction with real-live attorneys and I'm really hoping that it's valuable.
Damn. You see right through me!
Thanks for the laughs. They really need a ROFL face.
