Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

GREAT customer serivce!!

I lost the valve to my little manual Evenflo SimplyGo pump. I leave my big, monster pump at work and just transport the parts that need to be cleaned. I have the manual for those "just in case" times. Well - my valve turned up missing. Could be anywhere in that kitchen. Heck - anywhere in the HOUSE! So I looked around to try to find where I could buy a replacement. Nadda. Could NOT find it. So I just emailed their customer service this morning and asked if I could buy just the valve. I got a response today (same day - niiiice) and they're just going to send me a new valve. No charge! It's just a $20 little manual pump and they're going to be super awesome and replace the valve that I LOST!

 

I have to share when things go like this. That's so awesome. I'm so excited and happy because I didn't want to drop $20 on a new pump. (although $20 is not a ton considering....)
