As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Do you do the SmartPATH or whatever its called? Josh just got a thing in his email about it and said that we should check it out, but I wanted to talk to someone who does it before we sign up.

I'm doing the new mom or mom to be program. I think there are other programs out there that deal with changing your lifestyle for the better (weight loss and maybe a diabetic one). At any rate, the program I'm under has been awesome. I have 24 hour phone access to a nurse, nutritionist, pharmacist, and lord knows who else. So if I have a question in between appointments then I call them and they can answer it for me. So, for me, it's just convenient. Getting the $100 per trimester to anywhere (including Amazon) is a big perk.
