As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Leaving blank non-required fields. Good or bad?
On many online applications there will be a spot to put "current salary" or what my last salary was. It is not a required field. I was putting it and just stopped because I don't want it to deter someone from looking at my app.
I was at the company for 20 years and I expect that I will start somewhere at a lower salary.
Do you think they look at leaving a blank as bad when its not required? I'm torn.
