It's been a few weeks now so how is everyone doing on your goals.
Myself. I think working PT wasn't the best for my weight. I gained weight while there. Not cool at all. Time to jump back onto my spark people band wagon.
Re: Accountability Check in
Tonight will be Week 3 Day 2 of Couch to 5k.
Last night I took a quick 4.5 mile bike pulling T in his cart. Unfortunately for me, he isn't getting any lighter.
That just makes it a better workout. Perhaps a trike is a good birthday gift idea for T!
We FINALLY got our refund checks from our new furnace last April. There was a goof up with the paperwork filed on our behalf from the place we bought it from and they didn't tell us - even after I emailed inquring why it was taking so long. So that is equal to one months payment on the furnance. We have 0% financing for 18 months, but hope to have it paid off in a year.
I'm doing good with watching out for major expenses, however it is the little things I have to get better about, especially picking up fast food here and there for lunch. I don't do it a lot, but more than I should.
I would love to go another year with my car, but I don't think that is going to happen. The brake light is coming on so I have to get that checked out. I don't think I am willing to put too much more into this car. I don't want it to turn into a money pit, but I would love to have some more money saved up for a downpayment. For sure I won't have enough to buy it in cash, like I had hoped a while back.
