Where does your DH/SO buy clothes?
DH wanted some nice shirts and pants so I bought him a bunch of stuff from Jos A Banks and everything fit horribly! I was shocked since their clothes are so pricey. I am sure if he went in person we might have had more success but his usual size just looked terrible and the fits were so weird. So, where does your DH get dress shirts and pants? Khakis?
Re: Where does your DH/SO buy clothes?
I've bought him stuff from Macy's, Gap, Banana Republic and Target. I was never a big fan of Target, but over time I've been sold! I get a lot of DH's shorts and casual shirts from there. Khakis too.
ETA: you could also check out Men's Wearhouse
FYI Jos A Bank has different fits for their clothes. I think it's the Executive Line, but I could be wrong, is fitted with broader shoulders which is what my husband needs. I know they have other lines and he can't wear anything from those lines because the fit is all wrong.
In addition, most of his clothes are from the Donald Trump line at Macys (which we both hate that we're supporting the Donald, but the damn things fit!) or from Brooks Brothers. DH has incredibly broad shoulders, which I love, but apparently are difficult to dress.
DH actually symbolizes with my bubble butt sizing issues because he has such difficulty in finding dress shirts!

DH doesn't have to dress up for work, but when he did he was just business casual and we bought a lot of things at Eddie Bauer. I loved their wrinkle free dress shirts!! No ironing for me!
For his casual clothes we usually go to Old Navy. DH has a very long torso in addition to being tall so its hard to find shirts that are long enough for him and Eddie Bauer works best.
Dh used to get his work stuff almost exclusively at Men's Warehouse. But during our wedding planning we had a run in with a very pushy sales person, so DH doesn't like to go there anymore. :-(
So now he mostly shops at Nordtrom's. He likes the Tommy Bahama line of clothes because their pants come unhemmed and Nordy's will hem them to the correct length for you. Since he is extremely tall (6'7") it is hard for him to find pants that fit properly.
SK- I agree, I don't underatand the difference between the Kohls white dress shirt for $30 and the Nordrom's one for $75... DH says he prefers the nicer ones, but honestly he has always been a brand h0r, so I don't know if it is really different or if it is in his mind.

Jos A Banks (their suits fit him really well), J Crew, Banana Republic, and Brooks Brothers outlet
5 cats. 1 baby.
Jos A Bank (I get a discount...but sometimes it doesn't matter since they always have sales), Brooks Brothers (also get a discount), J. Crew, BR, Macy's, Gap...
In reality, DH rarely buys clothes for himself (he thinks he doesn't need any), so the people who buy for him are me, his mom, my mom, and my sister. He did get really excited though when his boss had some guy come in to fit all the guys for some custom-made dress shirt as a present...it cracked me up how excited he was.
Brooks Brothers has the best customer service and quality IMO...though you pay for it. Their dress shirts and ties are so nice!
