I had my wkly appt this morning. Baby A is measuring 7w1d and has a hb of 142. Baby B is still a week behind and has the start of a fetal pole but no hb so they are sure this baby will not develop (bc of the irregular shape yolk sac indicator genetic abnormalities). They will monitor it, but it should probably start to shrink in the next few wks.
I go back again next week for another follow up and hopefully Baby A will be big enough that I can graduate from the RE back to the OB, though I will miss the wkly appts.
