Pork Roast
Can I cook a pork roast with apple cider to infuse flavor?! I am making a roast this weekend and making applesauce and cranberry chutney to go with it - but was hoping to infuse some flavor into the meat itself - any thoughts? TIA

How are you preparing it? I bet if you used an oven bag you could pour some cider in there. I don't know how effective it'd be, but I don't think you'd screw anything up lol.
