Halloween snacks

I've decided to host my first halloween party this year. I was excited to make fun halloween snacks (I remember someone telling me about making oreos into spiders once), but I can't seem to find any good ideas.

Do any of you have any ideas, tips, tricks for food I could make? It'll be mostly adults, with a few young kids, and I'm thinking of doing it from 2 til late (so I think anything could work really).

Feel free to add any non-food halloween party ideas as well

Fun!

When I was a kid I went to a Halloween party where they had bowls of gross stuff that you had to touch in the dark - peeled grapes as eyeballs etc... Not really edible but it could be fun!

If you can get pumpkin in Costa Rica, you could make pumpkin seeds and some other pumpkin dessert.

What will you be dressing up as?

I can tell you what not to make: a cake that looks like a cat litter box. It is funny and conversation provoking, but so disgusting to look at that nobody will eat it.

my friend has also done some sort of cheese ball thing with thinly sliced ham on the outside like skin and a skeleton face. Hard to explain, but pretty cool looking. They spend months planning their halloween party lol it is usually quite grotesque
