Weekend Plans
What's everyone up to this weekend?
Tonight: Takeout and DVR w/DH catch up. Go to bed early
Saturday: I'm a featured speaker at the Georgia Bikes! conference; I'll be talking on how to use media to promote cycling/their organizations, bike ride, not much else
Sunday: Bike ride, everything I didn't have time to do on Saturday, clean the house
Monday: (oh yeah, government holiday): sleep in, bike ride, edit photos from last weekend's maternity photo shoot, hopefully go by Ann Taylor Loft, flop on the couch

Tonight: Sister is getting here, think we're just drinking at home tonight
Saturday: Pirate Fest out on Tybee maybe (anyone been? is it fun?) Then going out downtown that night
Sunday: Lazy day, prob just tv and reading
My plans are all up in the air since both DH and I aren't feeling so hot grr.
Tonight- wait for Comcast guy to come fix our internet, go to dinner and watch a movie at home
Saturday: a friend's bday celebration
Sunday: I'm co-hosting a cocktails/lunch event in Midtown for my Jr. League group. I'm hoping it's not too chaotic getting everyone there since it's also the time of the pride parade. Oops.

Tonight - clean up and maybe hit up Marietta Square for the last First Friday. A friend of ours has some of her prints for sale at the Yoga studio

Going on the assumption that we don't cancel the master bedroom project...
Tonight - Costco run, then move most of the furniture out of the MBR. It sucks because 1) it's heavy sh!t, 2) we'll likely lose use of the living room too, and 3) we'll have to sleep upstairs for the duration of the project
Tomorrow - DH has to get up crazy early to take a friend to the airport. He always takes us to the airport and to/from the hotel for D*C, so DH is returning the favor. Still, I think one 4am trip is worth a dozen 2pm trips. haha. Then we'll start the hell of taking down the layers of border as we curse the previous owners of the house. His mother said it couldn't be done. Watch me! That crap is coming down! DH wants to get at least one coat of paint on the room before we go to bed. We'll see.
Sunday - If we're still married, paint some more.

tonight: dinner with DH, and watching fringe and stuff from the dvr
tomorrow: getting up early, picking up my mom, friend and her mom, then hitting dunkin donuts for breakfast...cuz we're going to the tuskegee/morehouse parade!!! SO excited, it's so fun.
sunday: heading to perry for the GA national fair with DH and the parents
monday: no plans right now, DH has the day off, so we might get some house stuff done...or just be lazy

I had an interview earlier today and we have been puppy/house sitting all week so I need to round up all our shiiizzzzzznit that we spread around here. I also have some mega work to do and need to get some financial stuff figured out so I can go back to school. Woo!
We are going to the premier of a Hallmark movie (that was filmed here) tonight - they're making a huge deal out of it (red carpet, etc.) but I think it will be fun. Maybe. I also need to make my recipe for the Apple recipe swap, and anything we're taking to tailgate.
Tomorrow we're going to Annapolis for the weekend! I'm excited about going to a Navy game....and visiting Trader Joes AND Whole Foods. Yay! The "A Taste of DC" Festival is going on this weekend too, so we may swing by on the way home on Monday.
