Good things Friday, anyone?
Well, we know what one good thing is: it's Friday! What are three good things going on in your life right now, no matter how trivial?
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

1. We got two 49er tickets from that a friend won for a game in December. I haven't been to a game in four years and can't wait to go! Now I just need to ask my mom if she can watch R that day.
2. Guys have been staring at my boobs again so I am hoping that means my tummy is finally starting to shrink.
3. My 10 year high school reunion is next month (actually it is questionable as to whether or not this is a good thing). I am happy it will be fairly cheap and casual.
1. I just got approved to take Oct 25, Nov 10-11 off from work.
2. Tonight is date night, except tonight BFF and her family is coming up for pizza and a movie.
3. I have a new wardrobe. After spending $400 at NY& CO yesterday.
1. A comittment free weekend! So excited to sleep in with hubby
2. I'm making food for the freezer, and I'm feeling quite accomplished!
3. I just made an appointment to get a spa pedicure with my grandma later this month. my feet are so dry and cracked it kills me
jealous!!
I love NY&Co. One of two places on the planet I can buy pants and not have to hem them.
1. I think I'm going to cancel my chiropractor's appointment and stay inside today and bake. It's my last weekday of vacation, after all.
2. I've been particularly in love with my husband lately.
3. I love this cool weather. I get to wear sweat pants and burrow under lots of quilts and get kitty snuggles.
1. My parents are currently driving cross-country just to come visit me. I'm so excited (although it's lame that I still need to clean the house, but whatev)
2. My 'boss' (I'm an independent contractor) paid me more than I billed her. On purpose. Like a little bonus. I'm totally going to target to get a couple shirts I've had my eye on! Also maybe H&M, but we'll see if I have time tonight.
3. I'm SO happy that the weather is finally changing. I love fall.
1. Just got word that we are going to be able to "rent to own" a house in our dream town for a really good price! 54 days till move in!!!!!
2. I have my first trip to Apple Hill for the season coming up and I am super excited!
3. I have so many fun social events coming up that I can't wait to happen. I love this time of year.
Totally coming out of lurker/non post land because I got a job offer (verbal) this am for an internal position.
I hope you ladies are all doing well!
I had an acupuncture appointment today and I loved it. Also, a lady bug landed in my car while on my way back to work. It is good luck! I love it b/c I need all the good luck I can get.
oh and DH and I are going out for sushi tonight.

My 3 good things today:
1. It's been sunny today
2. It's friday
3. I've been feeling less stressed lately.
1) We aren't going to have to travel for Thanksgiving because our families are coming here.
2) We'll be in the Bay Area for a few days in a couple of weeks.
3) We went to Disneyland yesterday and using the air cushion in the car went well. We were out for eight hours with DH sitting and he was fine when we got home.

My BFF started a non profit running group after her husband was KIA in 09. I've watched it grow alot the past few years and she just had a HUGE meeting today with a BIG corporation that wants to get behind it.
I'm SO proud and SO excited for her I can hardly stand it!! She's just an amazing person and I know her husband is watching down on her beaming.
1. T thought he would have to work unexpectedly tomorrow, which would have spoiled our plans to got to the baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown tomorrow and check out the fall foliage up north. But he doesn't! Super excited to see the Giants WS exhibit.
2. September was packed full of fun events and October is filling up as well. I love fall and I love my friends.
3. Life is just really good right now.
I miss you ladies!
1. We are getting cable installed as we speak! We didn't have any TV at all before, so this is super exciting.
2. I didn't feel like quitting my job at the end of this week of teaching.
3. I'm going to the Sharks home opener tonight with my dad! So excited for hockey season.
