Stupid vent: I have a love/hate relationship with my boobs
I used to be a DD and I hated them when shopping b/c shirts and such were hard to fit but I loved them for completely superficial reasons (pathetic I know). 10+ years ago I lost 30 lbs and never lost a thing in my chest. I gained it all back and then some but my boobs didn't grow so I honestly thought that when I lost all the weight this time I wouldn't loose it in my chest. I was wrong. I don't know if it was the weight loss or BFing DD (b/c I hear many women end up smaller than when they started) but either way now that they have shrunk I kind of miss them. I guess I also kind of miss them b/c now I don't know if I will ever be able to justify a reduction and lift (insurance would have paid for it when they were bigger but now I doubt it and I don't know if I would pay for it myself). I was actually looking forward to having perky boobs for the first time in my life (they were never perky even as a teen since I was so big).

LOL at your post. I felt your pain thus I had a reduction. I was a DD and now am a average C cup and I do not have any pain in my neck and back anymore.
I did not file mine under insurance since I did not want to go through the hassle so I had kind of like lipo in my boobs.
Check out my doc. Dr. Rose. He is fantastic. Good luck!
