I have been using him since he did my termite inspection on our house when we bought it five years ago. He's good, and personable.
I used Ruben too, based on Lexie's recommendation that I read on here. He did a basic extermination and got rid of the enormous roof rats in my attic. He was a little too enthusiastic about the rats because the one he caught was so huge. But besides wanting to show it to me
, he was great.
