As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

New Moms - BF support group FREE
With all the new moms here and most seem to be breast feeding (yeah!), I thought I would let you know that the Bryn Mawr birth center offers a breast feeding support group. They have a group in West Philly and one in Bryn Mawr. You don't have to be a birth center client to participate. It's facilitated by a lactation consultant and there are a lot of moms in there at different stages to help with issues or answer questions you may have. The group meets every other week, this week is Bryn Mawr on Thursday and next week W. Philly on Wednesday. OM me if you would like more specifics.
