We just finished eating an asparagus and bok choy risotto that was super yummy. I also made muffins from the Deceptively Delicious cookbook with some butternut squash and applesauce on it. They're OK.

Yesterday my friend N and I had a cooking extravaganza. I'll share the links to what we made.

We were going to make these for dessert but ended up being too tried so I made them for breakfast. No-Rise Orange Rolls .

Everything we made I would highly recommend. So so good. 

For dinner tonight E and I had pigs in a blanket and leftover green beans from last night.

I haven't done any baking or cooking over the wknd because I've been sick since Friday. But we went to Disneyland on Thurs and ate there. We had dinner at French Market in New Orleans Square and both had the roast beef with peppercorn smashed potatoes, steamed veggies and cornbread. The potatoes were really good, the meat was pretty good, the veggies were good but the cornbread was a little mushy.

I didn't do any cooking or baking at home. It was a left overs kind of weekend. But I did make caramel apples at work. plain, pecan, and chocolate.
