doing a little shopping, I got some new shoes, 2 sweaters and some necklaces.
staying up late with DH on Saturday, we usually are in bed before 10 so staying up until midnight is wild and crazy for us

AJ caught a cold and kept waking up coughing last night so nobody slept well.
Best - Winning another battle against wallpaper! Now the MBR is a nice light cool gray color with no border!
Worst - everything! We removed the furniture and pulled what we could of the border down on Friday night using the dry method (just scrapers/hands). It took us until about 4pm on Saturday getting the rest of it off with the enzyme solution. There were three layers, and one of them on one wall (the one I was working on) was painted over. !@#$! DH got it patched and sanded and we finished up around 7. We considered starting panting then, but were just out of steam. We got it all painted yesterday and the furniture was back in place in time for bed. Ahh! My shoulders are still killing me from the hours spent on the ladder with the scrapers.
And the worst thing is that this and the dining room project a few months ago are just practice for the kitchen. I know there are at least 3 layers of wallpaper throughout it. We'll tackle that project next year, but I have a feeling I'll be spending weekends for weeks getting it all off.
best - having good family time on sat., just relaxing for most of the weekend
worst - forgetting about dinner plans with friends and standing them up on sat. night.
fighting with DH yesterday b/c we're both stressed about DD going to daycare and making the whole working parents thing work.

Best - taking maternity pics on saturday, installing the car seat bases yesterday, getting the ridiculous amount of baby clothes we've been given organized.
Worst - just being so freaking tired.
best: the parade on saturday morning, the uga game saturday night, and the fair on sunday with my parents...it was a great weekend
worst: the weather has been kinda bleh for 2 days....but that's pretty much it

Best: Having fun at the airshow on Saturday. I had never been to one.
Worst: Remembering to put sunscreen on my face but not my chest and shoulders. I look like I am wearing a red square bib.
Best: Had a great bike race yesterday and enjoyed having a late lunch with some good friends
Worst: None other than the usual of not getting enough done around the house.

Worst: I have a few worsts...
At the top of the list was hearing some bad news about my grandmother's health - it's really got me feeling down today. We went to see her yesterday, and she seems fine, but it's hard knowing that we'll have to let go some time soon. We're very close, and it's painful just to think of losing her.
Having to cancel our plans to go out for our anniversary on Friday night. I was really looking forward to it after working like crazy last week, but DH's went to the dentist on Friday morning and was in too much pain to go out. Now who knows when we'll celebrate our anniversary.
Staying home all day Saturday and most of yesterday because we were painting the front door and couldn't leave the house with the front door wide open. I wish we could have gotten outside for a hike or a festival or something.
Best - my birthday party! It was fun!
Worst - I fell up the stairs bringing in the beer this weekend and bruised the crap out of my knee. No skirts for me!
